Butane torch lighter won't light

I bought a Minni "Scorch" quad mini torch. I've been having it for a 2 weeks but it hasn't been working properly. I've refilled it about 5 times but this last time it won't light up properly. After filling it properly and waiting for the butane to stabilize it turns on like a regular lighter. It turns on a lighter flame and not the blue torch ....
