The only reason Vlad has remained my main is due to the hypercarry potential late after 3+ items. If you're losing lane/early against Vlad, he is either way better than you and deserves the win anyway, or you are way worse than the average player at your elo so you need to go down anyway so you can relearn fundamentals. Try to play aggressive and push to Vlad's tower. From there, abuse him every time he walks up for CS. Very basic. Play smart, keep your poke appropriately going, help your team and don't play a scaling game vs Vlad. Most importantly, keep your spacing right. Neeko has a high range while Vlad is the complete opposite.
