New sniper rifle was added with purchasing dlc and its the first lightning only one. I didnt really get the proper build for it but if I got it early with go...Trouble with Lei Luo. I've been playing with the new character, figuring out how his primary skill works, sniping from afar. But his overall damage and output has felt very underwhelming to me, especially compared to what other heroes can do. I wanted to see if anyone shared that notion, but all the threads seem to be about how overpowered … A really fun build that i love for lei luo is getting a sniper (love piercing flame and brick personally) and pairing with a really high critx weapon (usually another sniper like ksana) and getting the critx gemini and trying to go for a 1 shot sniper build. Basically the key ascenscions are Magical supply- to keep up fatal current Dog = grenades grenades grenades go boom asplode or battle tested with fire enthusiast/Sanguine Relic with various guns for life steal. Tiger = max out chain lightning bounces and use spiritual mushroom man to get High powered arc, (I believe) and then hope for lightning Governor so you can walk through things.Slows and traps will kill you faster than most enemies. You are going to be extremely low on health and armor but your trying to kill everything in 1 or 2 hits so it shouldn't be too hard. Take it from me, a Lei Lou main and player since Day 1 of early access with about 600 hours in the game lol.
