Found that minimally useful, but once I switched over to the 300 page Khan doc my FL scores for the section skyrocketed.

If after the first FL your psych/soc is atrocious just don't start FL for a couple days and instead do like monday = chem/phys + cars section + psych document or even just 1 section and then psych/soc. This way you still get practice in but can also finish pscyh soc much faster and get onto solidly doing full FL's.
