Does anyone know if there are power caps on the z790m - itx board like the z690? I ordered the z790 board in anticipation for my 13900k as I've had positive experiences with asrock in the past. Unfortunately I didn't do much research beforehand and I just learned about the shady dealings with z690m itx.

ASRock has made some good boards for years, their VRM have been pretty good recently too. I'd put them up with ASUS. As others have said, some don't like the bios on ASROCK boards, but I never had an issue with them.
