A slog honestly. Not good, overall, unless you're a King purist. It starts strong and got me hooked early, but honestly once the action begins it starts to fall apart. King clearly doesn't have the writing chops for subtlety at this stage so he just goes to whatever is most shocking and distressing with the off-cast.
