Tips on Yasuo vs Irelia? To preface, I play WR, but I watch PC replays so anybody can answer. Nonetheless, I need help with this matchup. I went against an actual good Irelia in ranked the other day who absolutely dumpstered me in my lane. She used the entirety of her kit effectively and creatively, and, at 2 deaths, my lane was over.

Make sure to utilize your widwall to the best of your abilites. Also if you are the main dmg of the team, wait for a knockup, and dont just go in at every opportunity. You will get that gliding feeling. First Do the EQ flash part. Then wait just a bit. Wait for your Q cooldown to hit 0.5s before you do the next step. Then hit EQR in quick succession. You're probably messing up on the waiting step. Yasuo has a hidden mechanic where even if he has 0.5s left on his Q cooldown, he can EQ.
