Go to your guild bank at the fleet, drag the decoration down to the bottom and select yes. Your guild bank then should be in your guild decoration list and you can place it in the guild stronghold now.This system is designed to prevent dead beat guild leaders. I for one like this system. It is the responsibility of the guild leader to log in and keep the guild alive. If you do not log in then you deserve to loose the guild. As far as how long the guild leader logs in is a factor of real life. I have 3 guilds, one I created, 2 I inherited.
