If you have Game Pass for PC (or bought it NMS through the Microsofy store) the saves are cloud enabled, and work on Xbox and Game Pass streaming. I played on PC (Steam) and converted my save to Game Pass with a save editor. Now I have played on my phone, my Xbox, and my PC with the same save.
