The mod takes place in the town of Fourville, a shanty town which has been built around the entrance to Vault 4. For some reason the quest marker pointed back to Fourville, but found a post elsewhere that helped. Now I'm stuck on a stupid radiant quest in the Army Depot, I cannot get into the buildings. Made a key to the Overseer's quarters and pushed the button, but nothing happened.
