Tested in 6.4.2 where crit me with your best shot is the global. They do crit when you end on the same combo. You don't get the bonus degen from G2099 or the bonus shock from Guardian at all so it's still a terribly long fight with only a single crit hit per combo and no specials doing damage. I feel hawkeye is borderline unusable because he only has a SP1 power drain and bleeds on other specials. I think he barely has utility, having no immunities. And he can't hit too hard.
