All of them went over 150# on the hoof with the biggest @ 200#. All shots have been between 50 to 100 yards broadside directly into the shoulder or just behind the shoulder for 100% DRT …I2Idc, I hunt with a BLR-81 in the 7mm/08. Here are some loads that work for me. These are max in my rifle. Yours could reach pressure BEFORE this so reduce load by 2 grains and work up please if you decide to try them out. Case is R/P in all loadings. RP 9-1/2Mag primer WW760 powder 48.5 grns 139 Horn Sptzr.

It put the first 5 shots I took with it at 100 at just a smidge under an inch with that load. Not bad at all. Corbon has a new load for 7mm-08, its a 168gr VLD@ 2700fps... I would look into that. Powder wise, I hear good things about RL15.
