We put a 3500 Hughes off the shelf converter (I have that converter now for a new build)and it worked flawlessly and is a mean little car.75gmck25 · #9 · Oct 16, 2018. I have standard dished pistons in a GM crate 350, so it limited the compression ratio I could achieve. I also have 4.10 gears, TH350 and stock 31" tires. ….
