For a tank Warlock, you generally get more value from Brilliance and Feigned Health IMO. For certain Shining Through is nice, but it's only 4x the value of Brilliance, and the 30s CD vs 2s free refresh (up to 5s if you're multiclass) is a pretty large divide.
