None of the Cyberpsychos are missable. You can still find all of them after the story in free roam. Your story decisions have no impact on them. You can keep track of which ones you’ve already completed via the journal (quest log). It doesn’t matter if you kill (lethal) or incapacitate them (non-lethal).
