Mountaintops I'd say average is around 80-100. 90 is pretty normal I think. Consecrated Snowfield is a bit more of a crapshoot. I'd call that one 90-110. For vigor, it depends heavily on your gear. I went through those areas with 18 and 20. With the gear I was wearing, I wasn't getting 1-shot by almost anything. Negations were around 35-45%.
