Today I took the head off a WD45 that we have had since about 1966 The last time I ran it was 2 years ago and I drained the coolant out and ran it for a few minutes and shut it off, and then drained the oil out too. Prior to that, for a while, when starting the tractor, it would be a bit fussy and then would miss on ...The absolute nicest loader there ever was for a WD/WD-45 was the Allis-Chalmers 400 series "445" model loader. It will hurt nothing to use that pump in your tractor as long as long as it's a 10 tooth to match the wd45 cam. It must be because it was already in there. They stopped making the 45 pump so that is a replacement pump.
