Health psychology certification
The psychology doctoral internship/residency is a one-year, American Psychological Association-accredited, full-time training program that fulfills the internship requirement for doctoral programs in health services psychology. The program includes three tracks: health psychology, neuropsychology, and child/adolescent/pediatric psychology. Psychologists, counselors, therapists, and social workers benefit from this certification. To apply, each candidate needs at least two years of study in the social or behavioral sciences. They must also possess at least 3,520 hours of experience working in thanatology and at least 90 hours of thanatology education.
