My biggest recommendation is going for an Intel i3 12100 instead. Grab a cheap b series motherboard. I don't recommend using a single RAM stick, so I'd try to purchase an additional identical stick. Instead of purchasing a SATA add-on card, get a LSI 9207-8i HBA card. You can find them on eBay for cheap.
