As for this game, I don't think it will be too close to Dark Souls. Combat looks to be more Zelda inspired - which I like. It has an emphasis on exploration like Dark Souls, but areas will be much, much more open. Dark Souls also has a high difficulty and enemies set up in a specific way to catch you off guard.
