Three pieces of starch gets us to the hot dog example. The three pieces would be placed in a u-shape to hold the food. This makes it a taco. Meaning a hot dog is a taco. The following is a sandwich alignment chart: Top Bread. Meat. Veggies. Cheese. Bottom Bread. -The top bread should be neatly trimmed and free of crust. -The meat should be centered on the top bread, and should not extend more than ½ inch from the edge. -Veggies should be evenly distributed on top of the meat.
