I chose the m4a1 for the rail, its tough af and lighter than the v9 The m4a1 is a 12.5" rail with a 14.5 barrel pin and welded flash hider, while the v9 is a 15" rail with a full 16" barrel so the m4a1 is lighter and has a carbine gas length system. The v7 will be the lightest of them all with their mlok rail compared to the ris rail.
