Turned out to be the 20 amp fuse for position 27 (Fuel Pump Relay Power). Only one other 20A fuse was in use, which was position 76, Powertrain Control so I carefully… due to truck age and cold temps, wiggled the good fuse out of position 76 and used it for the fuel pump slot.They will give some answers on this.
