The sushi is the freshest you will find in SLO. You can't go wrong with anything you order but my favorite item on the menu is the Albacore Tataki. It is so unique and flavorful. I would also recommend getting some of their Nigiri specials or getting one of their Nigiri plates. They also have a good selection of rolls.
