Nov 28, 2016 · As a game, Final Fantasy XV inhabits that special place that titles like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt; Fallout 3, New Vegas, and 4; and the Elder Scrolls games do. While you're playing it, you're an inhabitant of its world, and it's a place that can be almost as vivid as reality at times, with its own history, lore, and culture. Final Fantasy XV heralds a return to the world map, lengthy side content, and old school charm that made the series so iconic in its heyday, but the action-RPG has its share of issues, too ... There is some cool stuff- the summons in particular stand out, but I’d say the bad outweighs the good pretty substantially. Significant wasted potential. I think steady is capped at 30fps, which was really noticeable. At a glance, I couldn’t really tell what high did graphically, but fps definitely seemed choppy/30fps. Lite was when it got suuuper noticeable and probably what I’ll play at. It’s running at 60fps and still looks great!
