You could also run though zoras domain and kill all the lizards. I've only done 2 divines and I have 270 arrows, just kill monsters there's a surprising amount of 5 arrows drops. I'm in the same boat. I fast-travel to every beedle and shop location and buy up all their arrows, then run through all 400 or so of them before any of the shops restock.
So you can stand outside the pool, magnesis it up, get the arrows, save the game, load the game, get the arrows, rinse & repeat. you can get 300 arrows in about 10 minutes. Sleep a few nights at the other end of the map from where you want to buy your stuff. Beedle will restock completely. I could not find an inventory list online for Beedle at any stable, so I made my own list. To understand this, (x2, x3, x4, etc.) is the quantity Beedle has, and (- 10, - 100, etc.) is the unit price for the material. Because ALL the Beedle shops restock at midnight. Think of Beedle as a clone/hivemind type thing instead of as one person. He has 16 different clones and they all have separate inventories from one another. So, if you buy all of Hebra's arrows you aren't buying all of Dueling Peak's arrows.
