Well females tend to be stronger then males in terms of ki blast. In xenoverse 1 the strength rank was as fallowed: 1st female earthling, 2nd female sayian, 3rd female majin. But i don't know if they changed the base stat for xenoverse 2 or not so the order may have changed.

Best Ki Blast Super for PvE is Vanishing Ball and nothing else comes even remotely close to it. It's a perfect combination of reliable setup, damage and control. You can chain it infinitely to itself for loads of damage without opponents ever getting a chance to regain control, i.e. stop the combo counter.Also somewhat of a little known fact but its more known now is your characters width and height affects stats also, you want strike so make your character max width. Wider= More Strike and Basic Attack,weaker Ki Blast/ basic ki blast damage. Pathetic is the best one IMO. It might force you to sacrifice one of your super slots, but Blazing Attack is a good move. Agreed.
