The only place you get extra dmg bonus due to holy is vykas g2-3 and brel g4. Everywhere else it's flat 15% increase, so theoretically lazumar is way more dmg. This has been tested and proven many times in KR already. G4 NM being -2.5k gold in differance. In summary the gold gain from brel 1-3 hm vs kaya hm is about the same price, with brel g4 being more gold.
