The letter says "I485 - application to register permanent residence or adjust status" in the case type section of the letter and mentions NBC in the body. NBC is just a processing center. The important thing is they do not directly adjudicate 485s. This is done at a FO or certain other service centers. The application was originally in Nebraska Service Center but got transferred to National Benefits Center on February 24. I thought at the time this was good news, but it turned out to be even better news than I imagined!
