Our DK won this last night, confirmed that it has a 45 second internal cooldown and a 15 second duration, just like Darkmoon Card: Greatness. The procs from these two trinkets are also entirely seperate and share no cooldowns whatsoever, and this one procs just as frequently as the Darkmoon Card does when outside of the internal cooldown.
