For Jetson Nano there are two I2S interfaces available; one on the 40-pin header and one on the M.2 Key E slot (underneath the module which is a bit harder to get to). The I2S interface available on the M.2 Key E slot is I2S3 and I2S3 is mapped to the dmic1/2 pins.
