I'm not sure if it's just my PC specs but the rest of the pack runs smoothly besides an occasional hiccup. But after being in the Lost Cities a few minutes my game becomes nearly unplayable. In the lost cities config try changing the spawn cap. In 2.9 casualty discovered that ice cities are impossible to spawn naturally since they require a frozen ocean biome to generate for them to spawn in, which was for some reason impossible.
